This fairytale lampshade is made of high-quality translucent luxurious soft velvet fabric, on which the design can also be seen when the light is on. The material has an acrylic coating that makes the surface dirt-repellent and gives the design a slight shimmer. They are carefully crafted by hand. Round lampshades are particularly popular as decorations for living rooms and children's rooms and are therefore made of fireproof materials.

The design is based on paintings by Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911-1983), one of the most famous and popular artists of his time. With the purchase of this product you support me in reviving the myth of my grandfather.

HOW WE MAKE ROUND LAMPSHADES

Each lampshade is carefully handcrafted in the studio of my production partner Contrado in London. The design is printed onto the translucent soft velvet fabric using a special process. The colors penetrate deep into the surface of the fabric, making the print durable and color-fast. Contrado prints the lengths of fabric on site. They cut the material to size and then carefully cover the white metal frame by hand. The lampshade is supplied with a removable adapter that can be used to reduce the size of the attachment for the light bulb.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth to remove dust regularly. This should preserve the colors of the lamp for a long time. Please keep lamps away from water - As with all electrical appliances, care should be taken here.
