Romanin Rosé IGP Alpilles 2019First a place of worship dedicated to the goddess Artemis in 350 B.C. and from where wine production was already exported under the name of "Wine of Theopolis", the Château de Romanin then founded its fame throughout Europe in the 13th century for its courses of love and poetry, and later for being the inspiration of Jean Moulin, a native of a nearby village. The domain wears the banner of biodynamics and offers us deep and complex wines. This is a more accessible cuvée than the château's rosé, but with as much care in its elaboration. It is a blend of Grenache, fruity and generous, as well as Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and freshness and Counoise for finesse and floral notes. A tender, juicy, mineral, honeyed wine with character to accompany a meal.
