Rocket R58 V3 portafilter espresso machine / dual boiler with rotary pump and shot timer

For us, the Rocket R58 is currently one of the best dual boiler machines on the market. A very fast heat-up time, the quiet and constant rotary pump and the PID temperature control characterize the Rocket. The design of the R58 is classic and unchanged. We offer the Rocket R58 in version 3 with magnetic drip tray, shot timer and PID control. Since the upgrade in July 2020, the design of the device has been slightly adapted. The feet in the new X look now act as a visual highlight. The PID is now connected directly to the left of the appliance and is easier and more intuitive to operate.

Angular, timelessly designed dual boiler portafilter machine with manual E 61 brewing group, thick-walled polished chrome stainless steel housing with high-quality rounded edges and standard stainless steel railing, polished metal feet adjustable in 2 heights, dual independently operating PID-controlled and Armaflex-insulated copper boilers with 0.58 l and 1.8 liter volume, vintage toggle switch, robust and quiet rotary pump with externally adjustable pressure.

The brew group is heated by a hot water circulation system. All controllable PID functions including optional fixed water operation and separately switchable boilers are operated via a side-mounted communication panel, which can be removed at any time without disturbing the analog design of the machine. Precise boiler technology limits the maximum power consumption of the two heating elements to 1550 watts, so that the brewing boiler reaches its factory temperature of 105 °C after a cold start after just 7 minutes. Almost simultaneously with the first balanced espresso in the cup, the R58 is at full steam output a further 8 minutes later.
