Our Bob-o-Link comes from Sao Paulo, Brazil, from the Santa Rita do Morro Grande farm.
Enison and his wife Lia Lopes pay particular attention to the quality of the soil: they use organic compost and plant shade trees. Enison plans to convert his farm to a fully organic operation.
