Cognac V.S. 40°. Prunier

In the Cognac hierarchy, the VS quality is the youngest to be marketed with a minimum of 30 months in oak barrels.
To refine these Cognacs, the house Prunier uses 400-liter oak barrels exclusively from Limousin and which have an average age of 6 to 8 years. The VS Cognac Prunier seeks the freshness, finesse and fruit of the combined terroirs of the region. It is an excellent base for blends and supports the flavors of cocktails in a smooth way.
Nose: Nose of tea, white flowers and a little winey note that give the whole a fine and balanced nose.
Palate: this Cognac is supple and light, very frank with a fresh finish. This young Cognac is ideal for cocktails, flambages and to accompany a fruit salad.
