Description
In our current coffee tasting set you will find:
250 gr.
F.U.R.O.R.E. (100 % Arabica, Blend)
F.U.R.O.R.E. is one of our first blends and has been delighting our customers with its full and fine taste ever since. Furore is low in acidity and easy to digest and has been specially formulated by us for fully automatic coffee machines or as a long cup for portafilter machines.
Directly imported coffee (100 % Arabica)
In contrast to F.U.R.O.R.E., Direct Import Coffee is one of our new blends. A powerful, nutty café crème with subtle floral nuances. All the green coffees we need for this Blend are purchased directly from the source. The coffee is therefore traceable - from the plant to the cup. We can even verify that we pay fair prices to our farmers and pickers at origin. Every year, customers have the opportunity to accompany us on our trips to the origin. Be it barista courses directly in Colombia or roasting excursions to India, Brazil or Colombia.
El Salvador Ilamatepec San Jorge HG (Arabica single variety)
The characteristics of this top-quality coffee are delicately fruity, with nuances of orange, milk chocolate and a caramel-like sweetness. Very balanced and exceptionally clean in the cup. It is perfect for a long cup of coffee from a fully automatic machine or a French press. The El Salvador lamatepec San Jorge is highly recommended for anyone who likes a slightly fruitier espresso.
India Estate Arabica AA
A unique, certified organic single-origin Arabica! A very pure coffee taste, typical of India, with low acidity and fine sweetness. This certified organic Arabica impresses with its round, strong taste, low acidity and excellent body.
The Yellikodige Estate extends over 61 hectares at an altitude of 1,150 meters in the Aldur region of Chikmagalur, in the Karnataka district of India
.
The estate is more than a century old and the founder of the farm C.H. Godfrey used to send coffee directly from the farm to London during colonial times. The ornithologist and environmentalist, K.R. Sethna, acquired the estate in 1973 and with this professional background converted the estate to organic farming within about 15 years
