Grow affordably and fertilize on your own terms

Lightmix is made from the finest, meticulously selected peat types. By adding different fiber types and perlite, air porosity and oxygen levels are achieved that you would expect from Plagron quality substrate. Lightmix contains only a minimal amount of fertilizer. This makes Lightmix one of the most suitable substrates for fertilizing exactly as you like. Lightmix delivers the highest yield when used in combination with Plagron Terra Grow, Terra Bloom and the Plagron additives.

Pre-fertilized for one week for a quick start.

Lightmix is mineral-fertilized for one week. This means that seedlings can be planted directly into the Lightmix. You don't need to worry that your plant takes up too much or too little nutrients. The nutrients contained in Lightmix are immediately available to the roots; the soil life does not have to pre-convert the nutrients beforehand.

Fertilize at your own discretion.

Because Lightmix is minimally pre-fertilized, you can fertilize as you see fit. Terra Grow and Terra Bloom are ideal base fertilizers to supply your plant with enough and, above all, the right nutrients during growth and flowering. In addition, the various additives from our range, such as Green Sensation and Sugar Royal, provide that extra something for a better harvest and a better taste.

Rapid rooting through low EC value.

Lightmix contains a low EC value. The low nutrient concentration ensures that new roots are not damaged and can develop more quickly. Seedlings experience less stress and can fully focus on growth.
