Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native to the Middle East, which today grows on the Sicilian Mount Etna volcan.
The pistachios, exclusively harvested in Sicily, are processed into a paste that preserves all their quality. The paste is then mixed with alcohol, water and sugar, creating a creamy, round and velvety liqueur with an intense taste.
