Description

Deep ruby red. The nose is intense, fruity, with hints of raspberries and currants, broad and fine. The flavor is dry, decisive, fruity and with a soft tannin.

Mountain wine, grapes are selected and picked by hand, maceration on the skins for 8-15 days, maturation in steel (and a small part in barrique) and further refinement in the bottle for a few months. Recommended serving temperature 18°C-20°C.
Ideal for rich and tasty Trentino dishes, as well as full-bodied pasta and first courses and with second courses such as roasts, grills and aged cheeses.
