Lotusfeet is a social enterprise that works with artisans in the Philippines.
The company was founded in 2007, with the aim of providing economic security through regular employment and sponsorship. For over ten years, the company has partnered with eight small family businesses and women's cooperatives that collaborate in the design and production of jewelry and fashion accessories, applying fair trade principles and using natural, sustainable materials wherever possible.
The scout loves it.
Lotusfeet has been working with Mod (Emod Batua) and Omar since its inception. Her company specializes in pearl jewelry and includes many members of her extended family. However, it was Mod's playful mix of stones and beaded charm bracelets that caught their attention over a decade ago.
