PAJZOS Tokaj "Legend" Szamorodni 2014

Tokaji Szamorodni is one of Tokaj's most famous wines, the word originating in Poland meaning "as it has grown". It contains 50% botritized aszú berries and 50% green berries, giving the wine its distinctive character.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in 220 L Szerednyei oak barrels for 24 months. From the Pajzos vineyard, on andesite tuff soil.

Deep gold with ripe quince and refreshing spices on the nose, full of peach and pleasant perfume. Full-bodied with 12.5% alcohol, quite a vinous style with a creamy texture, silky, smooth, powerful fruitiness, Williams pear, tangerine, sweet spices of cinnamon, ginger, complex and long.
