Opthimus 18 Solera Sistema 38 République Dominicaine

Opthimus 18 years is a rum of République Dominicaine aged in solera, that is to say according to the Andalusian method which consists in assembling progressively old rums with young rums. After a sweet tone of red fruits, the woody is very tasty and balanced. Like a fat tobacco, it will give as much vegetal notes as greedy aromas of caramel or vanilla, and we will even appreciate a small metallic and iodized touch which prolongs the pleasure.
