All buildings are made in the innovative Laser-Cut + technology. This means that the edges of the walls are mitered at a 45° angle, so no ugly corners are visible. Another advantage of this technology is that most of the buildings are simply folded and glued together. The kits are precision models and are made from a special laser cardboard. Some of the buildings also use special cardboard for the plastered walls. Another highlight of the new NOCH Laser-Cut kits: All roofs are elaborately laser-engraved to guarantee their highly realistic appearance. Each kit comes with the special adhesive needed for assembly as well as plastic gutters and downpipes. We reserve the right to make changes to the composition, color and shape variants.
