The gameplay features a few innovations that will change the way you perceive your opponent's position and shot to determine which shot will give you the advantage. The game offers a fresh approach to tennis, focusing on micro-decisions and risk-taking.

In addition, this version features the first story mode since Mario Tennis: Power Tour on the Game Boy Advance, with new gameplay, varied missions, boss battles and more!
