Description
This premium pear sparkling wine is crafted from ancient fruit varieties. A secondary fermentation in the bottle -13 months in our cellar- yields a refreshing and complex beverage with gentle effervescence. A fine pear “eau de vie” is used for the dosage liqueur, adding depth to this beverage.
