With the Life Fitness Heat Performance Rowing Machine you get a combination of air and magnetic resistance that has been perfected through close study of the rowing machine market. This rowing machine offers the option of resistance using an air wheel as well as a magnetic brake.

The Heat Performance Rower resistance system

The rowing machine's drawstring is a chain that drives the inside of the air wheel. You can slow down the air wheel using a magnetic brake with 100 resistance levels. The resistance is adjusted using a 300° button on the rowing machine frame. The combination of air and magnetic resistance has been perfectly implemented in the Heat Performance Rower.

Inside the rowing machine there is also a WattRate Direct Power Meter, which passes on the wattage to the TFT display with an accuracy of +/-1%.

The footrests of the rowing machine can be quickly adjusted to the foot size using a ratchet adjustment with quick release and then fixed.

The ergonomically shaped rowing handle offers excellent handling and has buttons for operating the display.
