Description
Description The Levenhuk Monocular Microscope MED 10M has been designed for laboratory use to study samples with magnifications of up to 1000 times. This professional optical instrument offers achromatic optics and finely graduated focusing for all bright field observations. The MED 10M is an excellent choice for medical centers, scientific research institutions, clinical and diagnostic laboratories, as well as for microbiological studies in a university setting.
The microscope is equipped with a 30° angled monocular head, which provides excellent observation comfort, especially during prolonged use. The head can be rotated 360°, allowing the microscope to be used by entire groups. The achromatic optical elements are coated with an antifungal layer. This protective coating is also applied to the objective lenses and eyepiece. The revolving nosepiece holds four objectives, two of which are spring-loaded. A 100x magnifying objective can be used for immersion observations (a bottle of immersion oil is included). The eyepiece with diopter adjustment allows for comfortable viewing.
Focusing is achieved via coarse and fine adjustments. The mechanical stage is equipped with a physical scale. Below it is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and filter holder. For illumination, a 5W LED light source with brightness control is used in the lower part of the microscope. The illumination can be powered by mains electricity or batteries.
Features:
*Laboratory microscope with 40x to 1000x magnification
*360° rotatable monocular head, 30° tilt

Warning:
Please check the technical data table for the correct mains voltage; never attempt to connect 110V devices to sockets providing 220–240V without the appropriate converter. This applies in reverse as well. In the USA and Canada, the mains voltage is 110V, while in most European countries it is 220–240V.
Some things you can see under a microscope:
You can find these and many other interesting samples to view under the microscope in the Levenhuk slide sets with prepared samples.
The Levenhuk Monocular Microscope MED 10M is not compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras due to the non-standard ocular tube diameter of 21 mm.
