Description
Our new red wine cuvée, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Cabaret Noir, a new fungus-resistant variety. A fruity, spicy wine that combines the elegance of Pinot Noir with the fruitiness of Cabaret Noir. The Cabaret Noir grape variety is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and resistance partners, bred by the Swiss Valentin Blattner.
