Le Puy 2019 Cuvée Emilien (Organic)

Made from vines planted with 85% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Carménère, Emilien is a wine obtained by decanting in tuns and experienced barrels for 24 months. It has a garnet color, ruby for young vintages, with orange reflections for older vintages, and onion skin for the very old ones. Its nose is fruity with aromas of very ripe red fruits with dominant blackcurrant, redcurrant and also burnt almonds, sometimes mushrooms, undergrowth. This wine, of great finesse, can be drunk young, thanks to the velvety tannins, or wait several decades to taste all the depth of the terroir. This wine has a great longevity.
