Description

intense garnet color, spicy aromas of red fruit jam, fruit in alcohol, tobacco and licorice. The flavor is soft, full-bodied and velvety.Slow withering in lofts for 5 months, followed by hot vinification which can last up to 2 months, followed by refining in tonneau for 12 months, until it is put in steel pending bottling. Recommended serving temperature 18°C; uncork at least 2 hours in advance. The organoleptic characteristics evolve with every sip, perfect to accompany grilled meats, roasts and savory cheeses.
