When needs evolve, selecting the same temperature at the bottom and top allows mono-temperature operation, convenient for uniform aging across the entire cellar. The built-in hygrometer lets you visually monitor the internal humidity, a handy reference to preserve storage conditions over time. The reversible glass door with UV protection and a lock protects bottles from light while securing access to the collection.
