You pick up the product in the store yourself, the goods are ready for you.
After a natural fermentation of 5 weeks, the pits are removed and the fruits are distilled in a small copper still in a traditional way.
This eau-de-vie is then aged in stainless steel barrels for 25 years to obtain this unique roundness and finesse. At the end of this long ageing process, it is reduced to 45° with mountain spring water. This water, which runs through a subsoil of purple schist, is of great purity and gives it a singular strength.
This exceptional brandy aged up to 25 years and elaborated has a finesse and a persistence in mouth which deserve all the superlatives.
Color : colorless.
Nose: superb nose, very intense. The fruit appears magnificently and we find with clearness the notes of cherry tree.
Palate: a real lace of wild cherry of a rare elegance. Very fine, complex and dynamic.
Finish: very long finish where the delicate bitterness given by the stone remains.
