The local farms that make up the AASH station are located 1,900 meters above the Mieresspigel. The ideal conditions for growing coffee, combined with the know-how of the farmers and close quality-oriented processing, make this Ethiopian fully washed coffee into a close type of fruity, fluffy boun.
Preparation: Medium Roast
To do justice to the fruity, fluffy quality of this boun, I have not roasted it too thin. It tastes the best on the portafilter, but it's best for the guests to taste the exciting notes of a tight roast.
