Directions for use
Consult a doctor before any therapeutic use or oral administration.

Oral use: 1 drop of organic rosemary cineole essential oil 3 times a day, with a little honey or on a lozenge to place under the tongue, for physical and mental fatigue.

On the skin: 2 drops of organic rosemary cineole essential oil + 6 drops of organic sesame oil, massaged onto rheumatic areas.

In diffusion: In room diffusion, the rosemary cineole essential oil revives the body. It will be of great help during cold seasons.
