Organic beans from Béarn

The Haricot lingot du Béarn, of the Tarbais type, is characterized by a larger size than the mogette, or the classic white bean. It is an essential legume which is consumed essentially in winter either as an accompaniment to braised meat, or for the preparation of the famous garbure or cassoulet.

Our canned beans are a real artisanal canning made from local raw materials from organic farming.

Known for more than four centuries, the beans ingot is a product of great quality which knows how to delight the gastronomes amateurs of simplicity and taste. As early as the 16th century, the lingot bean became the traditional bean of the cassoulet, and thus replaced the bean in the elaboration of this dish.
