Hemp seed oil:
Hemp oil contains an ideal mixture of omega-9 (oleic acid), omega-6 (linoleic acid) and omega-3 (alpha-linoleic acid). These are essential fatty acids and should be obtained from food. The body does not produce them itself. They play an important role in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, the brain, the hormonal system and the immune system.
Hemp oil is rich in proteins from plant sources, which are very easy to digest. Proteins are needed for muscle building and endurance. It also contains all eight essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. Hemp is rich in all kinds of minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, vitamin E, C and the B vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6. The B vitamins are very important when it comes to energy management. Vitamin E is important for good brain function and a good metabolism.
In addition to all the healthy fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, hemp also contains a large amount of antioxidants and enzymes, including lecithin. Lecithin plays a role in healthy liver function, which stimulates the body's natural cleansing process. Hemp is also rich in alpha, beta and gamma globulin, a substance that strengthens our immune system and also helps to replace damaged tissue with new tissue.

Linseed oil:
Properties and how it works
The oil extracted from flaxseed is rich in alpha-linolenic acid, an essential omega-3 fatty acid that is essential for good health. Essential fatty acids are used throughout the body to protect cell membranes and play an important role in the growth and development of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). They are also used as a source of energy and are part of the compounds that regulate blood pressure, blood clotting, immune responses and fat breakdown. Flaxseed oil has a positive effect on a number of diseases, including
Heart disease: The use of flaxseed oil is recommended for the prevention of heart disease and can serve as a (less flavorful) substitute for fish oil.
Autoimmune diseases: Flaxseed oil can prevent the immune system from attacking healthy tissue.
Skin diseases: The essential fatty acids in linseed oil can have a positive effect on the skin.
In addition, this oil has been shown to help with allergies, diabetes and cancer and to counteract the ageing process.
Fatty acids in linseed oil:
Palmitic acid: 5%
Stearic acid: 2.5%
Oleic acid: 16%
Linoleic acid: 15%
Alfalinolenic acid: 61.5
