Handmade baby crib quilt Mystic Woods

Add a romantic, playful touch to your baby's bedroom with this artistic quilt. The cover is made of shimmering duchesse satin, which is filled with soft and sumptuous wadding. Each quilt is carefully sewn by hand in the studio of my production partner (Contrado): The printed fabric with the design is placed in the center of the front and then joined to the lilac frame and back. Your quilt will be sent to you in an elegant satin bag in which you can also store it.

The design is based on paintings by Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911-1983), one of the most famous and popular artists of his time. By purchasing this product, you are supporting me in reviving the myth of my grandfather.

HOW WE MAKE YOUR PATCHWORK QUILT

The design is printed directly onto the satin using a sublimation process. The colors penetrate deep into the fibers and are anchored there. The printed fabric is durable, true to the original and shimmers just like unprinted satin. Duchesse satin is naturally pure white and therefore displays colors particularly richly. Contrado's employees cut the satin to size, sew and fill the quilt by hand.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your luxurious quilt needs to be pampered: Please dry clean it. It is not suitable for the washing machine or tumble dryer. To keep the quilt clean between cleanings, use a damp cloth to wipe the surface. With proper care, we give you a 10-year guarantee on the print and material.
