Front-end coupling imitation in a standard socket on the Schienenräumer, plug-in. Short couplings with a kinematic between locomotive and tender. Steam lines on the front driving frame are pivotable and run with the cylinders. Attached metal handrails. Many more detailed features. Driver and fireman figures in the cab. Operation notes: The locomotive can operate on curved track with a radius of 360 mm, but we recommend larger radii. Due to the overhang of the long boiler, signals, overhead line masts, bridge railings, tunnel portals, etc. must maintain a sufficient distance from the track curve. Because of the locomotive's heavy weight the track must be stably laid. Turntable and lifting platform can only be traversed in through position. Products bearing "Union Pacific" are made under license from the Union Pacific Railroad Company.
A matching US Heavyweight wagon set can be found in the Märklin H0 assortment under article number 43629. This model is available in DC version in the Trix H0 assortment under article number 25913.
