The organic hops used are Centennial and Saaz: these deliciously aromatic varieties give our beer delicate floral notes and a slight, well-controlled bitterness.
The yeast is bottom-fermented, with generous aromas, contributing to the tasty result that makes Funck-Bricher a round, silky, crystal-clear beer.
The malt used is also organic, and helps to subtly accentuate certain aromas of caramel, honey and bread.
