Our Floratur Wildkraut is a probiotic complementary feed supplement made from fermented herbs for dogs and cats, and combines two health-relevant phenomena: probiotics and fermentation. The first term – probiotic – is a hybrid word from Latin pro and Ancient Greek bios and means 'for life'. Probiotics include living microorganisms that positively affect the health of dogs and cats when consumed in sufficient quantities – about 10 million per gram. They can be lactic acid bacteria, but also yeast cultures. The second designation – fermentation – concerns the ancient process of natural preservation, which additionally changes the nutrients and the culinary properties of foods. Probiotics for dogs and cats, enhanced by fermentation, are positive for the gut flora.

Wild herbs ferment: The valuable dozen
In our Floratur Wildkraut contains twelve valuable herbs grown sustainably and pesticide-free: birch leaves, fennel, raspberry leaves, Schafgabe, Quendel, rosemary, peppermint, marshmallow root, anise, goldenrod, milk thistle seeds and caraway. Through the fermentation process the beneficial properties of the wild herbs are preserved and made more available to the body.

- Caraway is a digestive-supporting medicinal herb, but is also used for bloating, stomach weakness & cramps

Dosage
5-10ml Floratur Wildkraut daily per 10kg body weight with a little water directly into the mouth or under the feed.

A 20 ml measuring cup is included in the delivery.

Application
Start with a small amount and gradually increase as needed. Floratur Wildkraut can be given as a 12-week course, if needed also longer. It is sensible to give the product in the evening, as its slowed intestinal movement at night has more time to work.
