Firefix KaminfilterKat dark gray chimney filter for retrofitting

The Firefix KaminFILTERKat is the innovative retrofit solution for your fireplace up to model year 2010. From the end of 2024, certain older wood stoves are at risk of being phased out under the Federal Immission Control Act (1. BImSchV) and must be replaced or retrofitted to meet the required standards of 0.15 g/m³ of fine dust or 4 g/m³ CO. You can prevent the shutdown or the costly replacement of your wood stove by using the KaminFILTERKat. It is available in Black and Dark Gray. The retrofit is simple: a piece about 30 cm long is cut out from the existing flue pipe and the new pipe with the KaminFILTERKat and the revision hatch is installed.
