Eau d’Or Organic Liqueur – Menton Citrus & Orange Blossom – 70 cl

Crafted by Pegasus Distillerie in Meursault, Burgundy, Eau d’Or is a 23% ABV citrus liqueur built around Menton lemon, bitter orange and orange blossom hydrosol.

Each botanical is worked separately using Pegasus' dynamic mono-botanical maceration process, with five gravity extraction passes over 18 hours at controlled temperature.

The base is an organic French soft-wheat distillate. The liqueur is then balanced with organic cane sugar and rested for at least three months in stainless-steel tanks.

Aromatic profile

The nose reveals bright citrus aromas, with vibrant lemon, gentle bitterness from orange and an elegant floral touch from orange blossom.

On the palate, Eau d’Or is light, zesty and floral. The freshness of the citrus is balanced by subtle bitterness and a delicate floral softness.

The finish is fresh, elegant and gently floral.

Serving suggestions

Enjoy neat over ice, as an aperitif or digestif.

It is also particularly well suited to a fresh Spritz, sparkling cocktails or other light, citrus-driven serves.
