Vinification: 50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne. Skin maceration for 10 to 12 hours; alcoholic fermentation in barrels, thermoregulated at 16°C to 20°C. Aged 9 months in oak barrels (10% new wood). Stirring once a fortnight.
Consumption : Golden color. Fine nose with notes of vanilla and toast. The wine is delicate, with hints of honey, peach and vanilla, enhanced by mineral notes. The oak is mellow and delicate. Long on the palate.
Drink within 3 to 5 years. Goes well with asparagus, scallops, freshwater fish and white meats.
