Thanks to its plant-based aromatic substances, this poultry feed is ideally suited for feeding before or during an infestation with the red poultry mite (Dermanyssus gallinae). However, the natural scent compounds have no effect on the taste or smell of the hens' eggs. Infestation with this blood-sucking ectoparasite causes stress for the flock and, at the same time, poses a genuine health risk to the poultry.
