Ronnie lives in a sleepy little village and owns a small frozen food business. The daydreams, the contact announcements, the fire brigade fanfare, the weekly visits to his shrink and his friend Lars' cynical remarks about air guitar and vinyl records are the highlights of Ronnie's life. Already, when he was a child, he suffered from the pressure of his mother, attached to power and virility. Ronnie's feelings are as deeply fixed as his possessions. Until the day when a wonderful being, of the female gender, ends up in the village. The local priest hires the girl, a groupie named Zoya, as a housekeeper and within a few days, Zoya drives the whole village crazy and motivates her. Ronnie also falls in love with Zoya and, well yes, lucky for once, he marries her. However, since Zoya's presence, strange things have been happening in the village. Everyone who tries to delve into Zoya's unknown past dies, disappears. Little by little, this well-known fear sneaks into Ronnie's body: the fear of men towards women.
