TEIXCHEL is an artisanal and ecological weaving association in San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala, specializing in high-quality weaving and embroidery using natural and ecological dyes. Weaving links with the future and reviving our Mayan culture. The association is made up of weavers, many of them single mothers or widows, who support their families through weaving. At TEIXCHEL, they weave not only because it supports them economically, but also because it's their culture.
