Description

Les Ailes de La Renommée Bordeaux Blanc is a dry white wine typical of the Bordeaux region, 100% sauvignon blanc.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks, it fully expresses the Sauvignon Blanc, its unique grape variety.

This sauvignon blanc is cultivated on clay-limestone soils, from parcels between Branne and Sauveterre de Guyenne. Reasoned culture, labelled High Environmental Value (HVE).

Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing, classic vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees.

Filtration then corking with a technical cork ensuring its good conservation in a nice shiny and reusable bottle in transparent glass.

The wine : Light yellow color with green reflections. Exuberant nose, mineral with citrus notes. From the first mouth, the finesse is expressed, the vivacity and the freshness are present. Rich aromatic palette with notes of yellow fruits, exotic fruits and white flowers.

Pairings : It will perfectly accompany your aperitifs, seafood such as oysters, grilled fish, dishes from Asia and a whole range of cheeses.

Serving temperature : Between 8° and 10°.

Garde : To be consumed until 2024
