Chandon - Chant des Cigales 0.75l

Chant des Cigales is a sparkling rosé wine, brut nature (less than 3g/L), revealed by a fine "quivering" bubble. Certified organic and vegan, it is a precise blend of 8 emblematic grape varieties from the South of France. With great aromatic complexity, the song of the cicadas reveals fruity primary aromas (peach, apricot, nectarine) that precede a salinity typical of seaside wines.

A blend of eight grape varieties: grenache, cinsault, syrah, rolle, cabernet sauvignon, mourvèdre, carignan and tibouren, which are first vinified as press rosé.

Brut nature : without any addition of sugar after the sparkling process so that the sugar level does not exceed the 3 g/L regulation for this category of wines.

Soft effervescence of 4 bar. Matured for 3 months in vats and 2 months in the bottle.

The song of the cicadas is tasted fresh, around 10°C. To be kept in a dry place, away from the light.
