Ruinart Seconde Peau is a 100% paper envelope, entirely recyclable and molded on the shape of the bottle. The color and texture of this Seconde Peau are inspired by the House's historical pencils, and highlight the curves of the bottle. In a desire to pursue strong commitments in favor of tomorrow's environmental challenges, the Ruinart Champagne House has succeeded in combining aesthetics, authenticity and responsibility.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnays of different vintages. It is characterized by a beautiful pale yellow color with golden and green highlights. The finesse of the effervescence is persistent. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and reveals aromas of fresh fruits such as citrus and exotic fruits evoking pineapple. After aeration, floral aromas are expressed with notes of lime blossom, then white peach. On the palate, the attack is supple. The mouth is round and harmonious. It embraces the palate by its voluptuous texture supported by a beautiful freshness. The finish is mineral.
