Francoise Bedel Champagne - L'Ame de la Terre - 2005L'Âme de la Terre 2005 from the house of Françoise Bedel is a complex, vinous and refined cuvée.
Made on a base of Pinot Meunier (60%), completed by 30% of Chardonnay and 10% of Pinot Noir, this cuvée was vinified in enamelled vats, but also for a part of the wines, in oak barrels.\Like the rest of the range of the house of champagne Françoise Bedel, L'Âme de la Terre 2005 benefited from a long ageing in cellar, not less than 9 years, to develop its aromas and to perfect its vivacity.
This vintage is proposed in Extra Brut dosage, that is to say with a dosage of 2g/L, to give to the champagne the possibility of expressing itself fully.
The vintage L'Âme de la Terre 2005 has an abundant and smooth foam. Its color is golden yellow, slightly amber. On the nose, we discover a vintage with notes of candied fruits and dried apricot. In the second nose, notes of sandalwood, cinnamon and orange blossom appear.
On the palate, we discover a full and ample wine with a beautiful vivacity. It is a perfectly balanced wine.
