Airflow Technology - The HardCap AeroLite® is arguably the best-ventilated cap on the market, offering better airflow than the HardCap A1+™ and all its competitors.

Absolutely lightweight – Weighing less than 135 grams without compromising performance, the HardCap AeroLite® features a lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) liner and a robust HDPE shell. All this is wrapped in a lightweight, baseball-style cap.

Odor-free cleanliness – Both the sweatband and the comfort lining have been coated with Polygiene®, an antibacterial treatment that acts as a true internal deodorant against the development of unpleasant odors. Thanks to its hygienic function, it effectively prevents bacterial growth by increasing the feeling of freshness and comfort of the fabric against the skin, thus significantly reducing the risk of contact dermatitis. Polygiene® has a UK Class 1 medical certificate and comes with a lifetime guarantee for odor control.

Quick-drying – The integrated sweatband is designed to wick away moisture and allow liquids to spread across the fabric, increasing the evaporation rate.

Reflective strips – Wide reflective strips are located on the side of the AeroLite® HardCap, increasing the visibility of both the product and the wearer.

Water-repellent – ​​To enhance stain resistance, the fabric has been treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating that allows water to bead and roll off the cap.
