Purpose:

White pigmented special primer for opaque base coats on mineral exterior and interior surfaces, as well as on old synthetic resin plaster coatings and thermal insulation composite systems. Also suitable as a base coat for solvent-based polymeric resin paints. Particularly effective as a textured primer on smooth surfaces and subsequent synthetic resin plaster coatings.
