The coffee is BIO-certified according to EU guidelines. Fine Arabicas of South and Central America, rounded off with a washed Indian Robusta bring a fine, powerful espresso into the cup, which delights with a fine fruity note. Absolutely low in acidity and well-balanced. The base notes of this espresso are spices, fine roasted notes and dark chocolate.

The individual varieties of this organic espresso blend, are gently drum roasted. Thus, their characteristics fully unfold. Particularly at Mondo del Caffè is that only after roasting is mixed. This means that all the green coffees are not blended in advance and then roasted, but are first roasted and then blended.

This allows us to respond to each individual variety and elicit its full aroma. They are then blended to create this organic espresso composition. A powerful, nutty spicy espresso pleasure!

We see certifications in general in our roastery rather critically because it is not a quality feature. There are many organic coffees and organic espressos that simply do not meet our quality standards. In fact, we feel that there are even more than conventional coffees.

That's why we have a special focus on quality management at our coffee roastery. We regularly taste the organic single varieties and work on the roasting profiles. Together with the farmers at the origin, we work on ways to further improve the quality without using chemicals. We also have to convince the farmers to certify their coffees as organic. Many do not know this European certification and its meaning at all. The result is organic coffees, organic espressos and organic Arabica single varieties that are second to none. Our unique project coffees come from India, Rwanda, Peru and Brazil, among others.
