CREAPRO combines creatine and magnesium, two nutrients whose functions have been extensively studied. The effects of both nutrients have been recognized by the European Commission. Each daily serving of CREAPRO provides 3.6 g creatine and 60 mg magnesium, 1 g of taurine.

Creatine – high-intensity performance

Creatine is a compound formed from three amino acids and stored mainly in your muscles, with smaller amounts in other tissues such as the brain. It is one of the most studied nutrients in sports nutrition. Creatine phosphate (CrP) serves as a readily available source of energy in skeletal muscle and other tissues. For most exercise situations, the demand for adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is predominantly provided through oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria. It increases physical performance where more power ensures better training results.
