Description

An exceptional know-how
More than 175 years of experience, love and work have allowed our family to acquire a know-how concerning the choice of the best productions from Bas Armagnac, the methods of distillation and maturation of this specifically French brandy.

A Family Heritage
Our family owns two centuries-old cellars:
One on the banks of the Baïse: at Pont de Bordes (Lavardac) in the Lot-et-Garonne, the cradle of wine marketing (marketing which at the time was done by waterways).
This ageing cellar, a real "eco-museum", has been preserved in the same spirit as when it was founded in the 19th century. It is considered by specialists as an exceptional place for ageing due to the presence of the river Baïse, which creates remarkable isothermal conditions. It offers the best conditions for aging old vintages.
The other one, in Mauléon d'Armagnac, located in the great Bas Armagnac, is the Château de Maniban, an estate that belongs to us, surrounded by its vines, planted with three grape varieties: the folle Blanche, the Colombard, the Saint-Emilion.

A property in the Grand Bas Armagnac
By becoming the owner of the prestigious Château de Maniban, located in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region, which dates back to the 16th century, we take care of the cultivation, production, distillation and aging of our Armagnacs.
Our estate is surrounded by vines planted with three grape varieties: Folle Blanche, Colombard and Saint-Emilion.
We have remained faithful to the supplies coming from the Bas-Armagnac, known to give the finest eaux-de-vie.
