This ruby triple ale was meticulously crafted for our barrel-aging program. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, this rich and full bodied beer showcases a harmonious balance of deep malt character and refined bitterness from local hops. After aging, it undergoes a secondary refermentation in the bottle, adding layers of complexity to every sip.
