Auxerrois 2023 Bech-Kleinmacher Naumberg Old Vines

Auxerrois 2023 from old vines (at least 35 years old) on the southern slope Naumberg in Bech-Kleinmacher.
Aromas of ripe apricot caress the nose, while the palate is spicy and velvety at the same time.
Slightly smoky aromas with vanilla nuances complement the fruitiness.
Wonderful aperitif wine and pairs very well with poultry and salads, and also makes an excellent match with fish in white wine sauce.
Auxerrois is a white wine with low acidity, plenty of fruit, and simply a pleasure to drink.
