Viu Manent - San Carlos Malbec red 2017 0.75l

The San Carlos is produced on a unique, century-old vineyard from the best parcels of Malbec. This great vintage has had the best care, both in the vineyard and in the cellar with the finest hand selected grapes and after the vinification, an aging of 16 months of which 37% in French oak barrels (15% new), 53% in French oak tuns of 3200 liters and 10% in concrete eggs.

Dark red in color, with aromas of black fruits, such as wild blackberries and cassis on the nose with subtle notes of hazelnut and flowers. The palate is fresh, with lots of volume and soft, round and elegant tannins leading to a pleasant and persistent finish.
