White wine with a golden yellow color and silver reflections. The first nose is smoky, which evolves into a second one, more fruity, dominated by exotic fruits, such as lychee. Intense mouth of dry fruits reminding of fresh almond, with floral nuances of white flowers, on a final of dry apricot. Beautiful persistence in mouth. Can accompany a poached poulard with cream sauce, sea bream with hollandaise sauce. Serving temperature 14-16°C
