This is how casual and sustainable Schachenmayr denim can be, and it's also a very special knitted treat. The Denim Tweed consists mainly of recycled materials. The cotton portion is obtained from textile scraps from denim production and the polyester portion from recycled PET bottles. Mixed, this results in a yarn with small colorful fiber nubs as we know it from the classic tweed area. For the necessary strength and visual effect, the yarn is twisted with a delicate polyamide thread. Even if the fine yarn requires some patience, the work is worth it and the models will certainly become a regular summer companion, as it feels pleasantly cool on the skin. It is not only very light, but also very productive, you need for a ladies sweater in size M just 400 g.
